The puzzle consists of a grid filled with numbers that act as clues. Each number (except for the 1s) has a matching pair. Players must connect these pairs by creating a path of the exact length indicated by the numbers.
The rules for creating paths in Color Philippine Puzzle are as follows:
- Paths must travel horizontally or vertically without crossing over each other.
- The path length corresponds to the numbers being connected.
- Matching number pairs must share the same color and cannot be connected diagonally.
